We stand behind our products. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed items with our tags attached within 30 days after purchase. Please include a copy of your order statement or invoice for tracking purposes. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.&nbsp;Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds or replacement items are subject to our sole discretion. Purchase Contract

Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization of your payment. We will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.&nbsp;
We will not be liable if there is a delay in shipping.
 
Canceling Your Order:
If you need to change or cancel your order, changes and cancellations may be made up to the time the purchased products have been transferred to the carrier for delivery. If an item has already been sent from our facility, you may return it to us, at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price.&nbsp;
 
Shipping and Delivery:
All products purchased from The Good Shark, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Products will be shipped to a street address designated by you; provided the address is in the continental United States and complies with all restrictions contained in the shipping contracts with our carriers (UPS and USPS). Pursuant to the shipping contract, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The Good Shark, LLC is not responsible for issues relating to incorrect or undeliverable addresses and does not pay for shipping related to such issues.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
